Corporeal shells scorned
Adapting to the purging Sun
Whilst feathers borrow free falls
Unworthy scales weigh our heart of hearts
Is there temperance in reason?
Or just glib majesty?
Mirrors reflecting a self reducing machine
A christ of tangibles
In an era of extremes
A void that calls you inward
Whilst the body intercedes
O, forever how I've wished to be razed to ruins
Only in the end to be exalted and rise again
I wish for this world to return to ash as you are
For I will not embrace thee until you are on fire
You will crawl before you surrender
Nary a noose on the doorway
Ink runneth over completely
Not one word nor sentiment
Could encapsulate this life
It's as if all that was ever created would vanish
Immediately after it succeeded in any form or shape
I want my eyes torn out for I wish not to observe
An abandoned world set ablaze for a universe to see
When the death is quick
The resurrection is endless
You've thwarted the night
Now walk amongst the stars
Chaos meshing with flesh
For forever to reach its bounds
A faith in mass potential
Will push us further towards perfection
And you will crawl before you surrender

Witness a world mourning
Witnessing tombs be erected without names
Witness the day when all of our gods died
Witness everything go transcendental black
Witness suffering
Witnessing wrath
Woe unto thee and every whisper gone unheard
Into awaiting ears of those who only heard the lies
When they speak they speak but only in maledictions
An urge to cease is suffocating
For reason is treason to belief
A self fulfilling prophecy
For nothing has cometh but the end
For all the strains of the sacrifice
Hubris pushed to the edge of madness
And all of that glory is nothing without pain
A Golgotha within me
Is pulsating with demand
Marble idols replaced by the common man
Blood oaths swallowed by antiquity
Every hour a knife falls on the throats of lambs
Another tongue cut out to silence hostility
Bodies coiling midst the blaze
In obscene forms of Ouroboros
A quest for the circle in reverie
A pause in squandered time
Kekulé's dream:
"I was writing but the work did not progress;
My thoughts were elsewhere.
I turned to a fire and dozed.
Again the atoms were gamboling before my eyes.
My mental eye, rendered more acute
By the repeated visions of the kind,
I could now distinguish
The twining and twisting in snake-like motion.
But look! What was that?
One of the snakes had seized hold of its own tail,
and the form, whirled, mockingly before my eyes."

All the nests
All the wretched
Call at once the names
Will all this away, in unison
An undisturbed gestalt
Veneration in tandem
And all the boughs are broken
Just as the singular vow was
Why won't the wolves and sheep behave
When will the blood and toil commence
How will they know me by my teeth
And how will they know when I bite
A myriad of strangulation tactics
Have made the spiritual dissolve
Will the ascent be met with glee and reward
For the descent brought tears and despair
Will I have to repent for every word
Will I illuminate like a funeral torch
On through and in which they are ever crucifying
and putting to death the divine logos,
The higher self...
